Uhhh those bloody Weevils they're on top of the ladder now!!!..... DANG!!!.... now we will never hear the end of it here.... Weevils this, Weevils that, Weevils for the flag..... sickening!! *sigh*.... This is only the 2nd Round, someone needs to give those Weevils a reality check!!!!
Well I did end up with three points today, leaving me with a 6-9 record for Round 2, however, many did better, so I actually dropped 7 places in our competition, down to 38 from 46 members, that is the bottom 12%. This is DEFINITELY not going to be my year, it be a miracle if I even make it into the top half, that is, 23rd or higher, let alone top 6. Uh well..... just take it week by week.....
So it seems all results today were as expected. The Puddy Cats had a good win over the Lions. Those bloody Weevils did win by a large margin but the Demons are so hopeless anyway, probably won't get far this year either. Let's see how good the Weevils will be when they play an actual TOP 8 team, they just struck it lucky with the draw so far. And well the Skippies did win as expected over the Bulldogs.
Next week the Weevils will play another bottom team, the Saints, so the delusions will continue for yet another week...... *sigh*
