Today is a holiday Monday, Labor Day in Australia.... but not much of a holiday for me..... it was hot over 100 degrees, summer stays here for a while yet though it is supposed to be autumn or fall season.

The carers from Silver Chains were here today, they don't take days off for public holidays, thanks goodness, even if we have to pay for this service, it helps me to cope, I could not cope alone with caring for Sally. A carer came to bathe her, and a nurse comes to change bandages and check on the sores.

Then i had to go to the mall, get more groceries from the supermarket.... now just gotten back... get some dinner done, and the nightly task of changing her bandages.... then to bed.... back at work tomorrow.
