Round 15 - Four more nails

Well what an utter catastrophe that was! A massive four points out the window. Definitely no way I will hold onto my 7th spot this time. You don't lose four points and expect to hold onto your position, it just will not happen. Four more nails into the Top Six coffin. On what is my worst performance of the year so far this goes to prove you cannot beat the curse of The Three Weeks. Regardless of what strategy one employs to try beat it, the curse of The Three Weeks always finds a way. It happened last year through the points variance, and this year it happens through the tipping points. The scary thing is there are still three matches tomorrow and two of them are no certainties so a potential for an even worse result by the end of tomorrow. So I guess let's look at those three matches.

Sydney and Melbourne. One would think that Sydney should surely win that one. But as mother says there is no such thing as a certainty in football in regards to match results.

Then there is Freo and the Saints. There are two things going in Freo's favor. The match is at Pattersons where as usual there won't be any rain, it never rains here! LOL! Secondly Freo had a number of top players coming back from injuries. So one would think Freo should win that one too, but the Saints are better than the Demons and they could very well put up enough of a fight to make it over the line.

Essendon and Port, well that one could go either way. The poor ole Bombers embroiled in yet more controversies and it has been said they could have premiership points stripped away from them. Such a thing will play heavily on their minds, just a matter of how it will affect their performances. In any case I will go with the Bombers and I won't make any threats about turning them into Weavils and feeding them to the piranhas cos my season is finished anyway, it is just a matter of going through the motions and whether I can stay at least in the top half of the office competition.

Round 15 - Should have picked a higher variance !!!!

Well what an amazing match!!! Those Maggies beyond expectations. It just proves that you should always pick the Maggies!! ohhhh yes!!!! Just messed up my variance big time but at least they won and so a good start to my tipping on at least the tipping point basis!! So when not abducted by aliens them Maggies do play well!! Probably no one else in the office would have picked them so probably got a head start. However there are still 8 more matches to go........

First up the Giants and the Bulldogs. If the Giants are ever going to win then this would be one of their best chances to do so. Does a team ever goes through a whole season without a win?? I would think they should win at least one match and this would be the match to do it if they are ever going to win. However this IS The Three Weeks so am sticking with the top two tipsters who both picked the Bulldogs, however a Giants win will not be a surprise.

Richmond shouldn't run into too many problems during their culling of the Kangaroos.

Lions and them Suns. Well the top two tipsters are divided on this one, one picks the Lions, the other picks the Sun. Well since it never rains here in Perth, I mean as a possible symbollic sign, I think I will put my money or at least my tipping points on the Sun shining down onto it.

Hawthorn seems to be the unanimous choice against the Puddy Cats. I think it could go either way, but will go with the Hawks.

Last but not least, them top two tipsters are facing reality, especially since dandy-boy Kerr is out of action due to injury - ahhh poor baby!! haha!! Both pick the Crows to grab those Weavils like worms out of the ground and have them for dinner, so will I.

Round 15 - The Maggies Dilemna

The 2nd round within The Three Weeks and they could not have scripted it better if they tried! A Maggies match first up being a points variance match!!! Well not quite as bad as having a Weavils match first up, but with the Maggies and the Blues both needing to win to maximise their chances of being somewhat more than a spectator during the Finals series, well both will be desperate for a win.

Well given that I managed to keep hold of my 7th spot last week in spite of what appeared to be catastrophic failures, I will continue with my strategy for The Three Weeks, going with the top tipsters in the local paper, or in Weavils matches, going with the shortest TAB odds. This week there are two tipsters on top points, both on 92 points, a little bit more than what I have, indeed more than the top person in our office tipping comp has - he has only 89 points. And since the top two are not Jewish they are unlikely to be affected by The Three Weeks, so will go with them.

Snag is, one picked the Maggies while the other picked Carlton. Obviously only one can be correct unless of course it is a draw, in that circumstances both will get a point each. And being so evenly matched on paper, with nearly even odds on the TAB, a draw could be a reasonably likely result!!

Shall I stick by my rule to always pick the Maggies!? Well given the low proportions of Jews in the League as is in the general population, it is unlikely there be any significant number of Jews in the Maggies either on field or in the leadership and exec teams, therefore, the Maggies are unlikely to be affected by The Three Weeks.

This leaves one other question. Will the Maggies be again abducted by aliens and a hybrid clone team released in their places who are programmed to lose?? Well this appeared to have happened last week when they most unexpectedly (from my point of view) lose the match!! Perhaps the aliens are on my side, given that my soul is of ET origins being incarnated from the stars, so the abduction could have been a tactic to throw the tipsters off and so none of them in our office comp will pick them this week. So if I pick them and they win, I will get a jump start.

Therefore probably best to stick by my original rule, that is, One should ALWAYS pick the Maggies!!!!!!

Points variance however..... hmmmmmmm...... will go for a low value for two reason, it expected to be a close match, and if the Maggies by some outside chance LOSES the match then my variance won't quite be so catastrophic if it is a low value. Plus you can't discount the possibility that the aliens who abducted the Maggies might be Reptilians who are at war against my particular species of ET kins!!!

So will go with the other great love of my life aside from Julie - the MAGGIES!!!!!!!! hehe!! haha!!!...... but if by any chance Julie calls me up and asks me to come over, I will do so in a heartbeat and I don't think football watching nor worm gazing will be among our activities of choice....*wink* *wink*.... at least not the "worm" of the AFL app on my tablet anyway..... ooooops!!!...  hehe haha

Day 10 of The Three Weeks

And the curse continues, often cropping up when least expected, and so it happened today. I was to go to the shops during my lunch hour, getting some takeout on the way..... but when it came to the takeout joint I made the most embarrassing mistake, which I will never live it down, and I won't even describe it here but suffice to say I can never show my face again at this particular joint, at least until the turnover of employees are completed, they usually only work a few weeks then they move on anyway....... nevertheless if anyone ever doubts the reality of the curse of The Three Weeks after reading these blogs they are saying that I am a bald faced liar!!! The curse is real. The calamities described in these blogs are events that has never happened nor rarely happened (once or twice) during any other time of the year. These are unique or mostly unique to The Three Weeks. I don't describe things that happens every week or month or over a few months. Only things that rarely or never happens at any other time. So proof positive that the phenomenon of The Three Weeks is real and so far proven to be unavoidable, it happens regardless of any precautions or any other measures that we take to try prevent these. The curse always finds a way.

Now the one and only bright beacon during these very dark times - Julie. What she told me last night has just utterly touched me like none have ever done before. She is just utterly amazing beyond words. She told me we are "friends for life", I am her "best friend", she would never leave me, indeed is "committed" to me, and I would never again have to worry about anyone misunderstanding me ever again cos she does understand me!! OMG!!! My words cannot describe. She must be an angel from Heaven. Ever since she came into my life I have had no suicidal nor self harm thoughts or anything like that, it is as if I have been "touched by an angel" - as in the TV show of that name that Sally used to watched all the time. It makes me wonder if Julie was sent to me, perhaps Sally sent her to me, being a Gemini like Sally. She is quite organisationally challenged just like Sally was, still haven't gotten around to organising about these courses. But the group I was referring to yesterday, well she did tell me about them meeting in other areas, well I sorta knew that from the website. But each one has different emphasis, and Julie is saying we would go to most of them. They meet at different times of the weekend and some in the evenings during the week. There's even one in Mandurah, that would be a nice trip for us. Now just have to pin her down long enough to set a first date for us to meet! It will happen soon. And when it does happen I think I will just faint into her arms, and when I wake up to the sight of her, I will think I have died and have gone to Heaven!!! oooohhhhhh....... *sigh*

All I can say is if I get through the curse of The Three Weeks alive it will be because of Julie !!!!!

Well tomorrow is the football again, I haven't even looked at the matches yet, suppose I better do so by tomorrow so I can submit my tips. No more rain for another week, typical Perth weather!! Have not heard from the hospital yet regarding the loan equipments. Car still running fine. And we at work still shell shocked from yesterday's announcements!!

Day 9 of The Three Weeks - My Job !!!!!!

Well the calamity of the day, well at least a potential calamity, involves my job. Although the decisions made in regards to today's news has been made well before The Three Weeks, the fact that the announcement from my boss came today in the midst of The Three Weeks is significant, and thus a record of it will be made here for WHEN - not IF but WHEN issues arises in the next couple of years or so in regards to this announcement. This will involve job losses, though my boss didn't mention this specifically, but public servant bosses operates like politicians, their statements can be read and interpreted in the same manner, and is easy to read between the lines. So yes in the next five years, possibly the next two years, there will be job losses involved - so looks like a trip and settlement in Tasmania is in my future as explained in a previous blog as to what will happen if I lose my job.

Anyway as per usual it is about saving money. It is not the correct way to operate things. It SHOULD be about providing the best possible service to our correspondence students and the public in general. But not to be so, our budget obsessive govt in common with 99.99% of all political systems on this planet, it is all about saving money at our expense for the benefit of the politicians and the govt system. Money money money!! It is inherently evil. It is a necessary evil, we all need it, but it ignites the darkest parts of our souls - the greed, corruption and all else that is evil and brings disharmony to the universe. There is nothing good about money, it is inherently evil as necessary as it is to have money in order to survive on this 3rd dimensional planet. Not all ET civilisations utilises money to run their affairs. The slightly more advanced civilisations in the galaxy uses the bartering system. But those of the higher dimensions, the enlightened civilisations makes no use of economics as we know it. They operate purely on the "giving" concept. They simply give to one another without expecting anything in return. And when everyone gives, there is none who is lacking while by the same token there is none of obscenely high wealth. Through the giving by every citizen, all have their needs met and their leisure time perfectly fulfilled. Money becomes utterly unnecessary, there is no need to keep such a numerical indication of our worth since we are all treated equally, and we give equally to one another. However us humans are not enlightened enough to be able to operate in such a society, we have to be ascended to the higher dimensions and be utterly changed through the benefits of soul evolution. But for better or for worse we all live on this 3rd dimensional planet and so we all must contend with the evils of the monetary system although it will lead to the ultimate destruction of this society.

Uhhhh of on a tangent again..... so what changes were announced by my boss today. Well the first thing he said is that the Distance Education section in South Australia which operated on a similar basis to here in the west, that was shut down totally by the SA govt. The motivation for my boss to make such a statement is obvious, it was a threat even if he didn't present it in that way. But as I say, public servant bosses operates the same as politicians.So with such a "threat" hanging over our heads, we became more receptive to what the boss said. Basically the instructions from money-obsessed Premier Barnett, the same guy who broke his election promise and raised utility charges by above the inflation rate, his instructions is for us to save money. And to this end, we are moving to a "print on demand" basis rather than keeping items in stock on the shelves and sending them out as needed. So instead of keeping stocks on the shelves, the books etc will be printed and produced at the time when the order is made, and we send them out when they are printed. However there will be less of the books to be printed, for in keeping with the age of the internet, most of the courses will be online thus cutting out the middle man - US!!!! There will always be printed materials, etc, but there will be less of them.

On the "plus" side if there is such a critter, we will be acquiring a couple of new docutech printers which will not only print the booklets but will sort them, bind them, staple them, with the correct colors, etc, so what comes out the other end will be the booklets complete with address labels for the students, etc. This will mean less work for us, which WILL translate into job losses down the track. There is currently four of us working in despatch, one does Primary School, one does Middle School (yrs 8-10) and two of us including myself does Post Compulsory (yr 11-12). The first thing is, at least initially, we will all be involved. There will be no immediate job losses as this new system is implemented over the next two years. So we will all have jobs for at least the next year or so, perhaps 18 months. We will all be taught how to use the new docutech printers which will be no-brainers as the machines does everything. We only just have to make sure the various input parts of the printers are kept loaded with the correct papers, cardboards, etc, the staples kept loaded, etc, and that everything runs smoothly, then retrieve the booklets from the other end. Furthermore we will no longer be limited to our school areas, all four of us will be despatching items out across all three school areas as the orders arrives. And so our jobs are safe for now, but it is obvious that there won't be needing the four of us by the time this system is fully operational. At least two of us will be gone. One of the four is on a contract so he will be the first to go, but the other three of us are permanent employees, so a one in three chance that one of us will be given that dreaded pink slip.

So that is basically the summary of what was officially announced to us today, and since this happened during The Three Weeks, there is certain to be implications for me of a non-beneficial nature. Hence a record of this blog for all of us to look back on for further proof of the reality of the curse of The Three Weeks WHEN, not IF but WHEN the implications manifests, could be a year, two years or five years. Remember that World War I began during The Three Weeks with at first no apparent consequence to the Jews, but over two decades later as a result of Germany's economic collapse due to the war and the subsequent rise of a dictator who blamed it all on the Jews, 6 million of us found ourselves in the midst of the holocaust!!

Why do I think money is so inherently evil? Well firstly we never have enough of it. Our most wealthy woman Gina Rhinehart has such huge wealth that she could live like a queen just off the interest from her riches. However she is still working, she has not retired yet. Why? Is it because she might get bored? Well there are plenty of charities and volunteer organisations who would be grateful to bring such a talented woman on board. Well is it because she loves her job? Well if that is the sole reason she would be giving all surplus earnings to any of the various charities, overseas aids, etc, and quite clearly she is not doing that. No!!! She is still working because she feels she has not enough money!!! She wants to earn even more!!! And this has nothing to do with "security". She is in a far more secure position now should she retire today than any of us would be so even in our wildest dreams. She is certainly in no danger of being in lack for anything of material value. No!!! She is wanting to earn MORE money!! This is proof positive that nomatter how wealthy we are it is never enough, we will always want more!!!!

Secondly, money motivates us to greed and lawlessness. OK we all don't rob banks, break into business premises, or do shoplifting. However we all are guilty of cheating and stealing, I don't care how "righteous" we are, nor how religious, spiritual, generous, or "perfect" we are, we ALL steal in order to gain more money. We all at one time or another have padded out our expenses at tax time, exploiting the govt loopholes that we don't need receipts for expenses less than $300, so a few dollars here and there will all add up, and we ALL do it. When the checkout sheila gives us more change than we are entitled to, how many of us stop and tell the sheila - uhh you gave us too much change, you need to take some back!!! Perhaps some of us do it SOMETIMES but we ALL do it at least some of the time just pocket the unexpected bonus exploiting the sheila's mistake, and we justify it by saying, uhhh it is her mistake, she should have been more careful, etc!! And how about grabbing those extra two items from the stationary store at work for our own personal use at home, yeah we could do with a couple of extra pens for at home, etc. And what do we do when the boss is on vacation?.... we all leave that few minutes earlier, take longer lunch breaks, and take longer to do our jobs. And why do we all buy clothes from K-Mart, Target, etc?... because they are cheaper! It doesn't matter to us that those clothes were made in 3rd world countries sweatshops employing child labour working from dawn to dusk in dangerous conditions for next to no pay - it is virtual slavery. We all exaggerate on our insurance claims, or when selling our items in the classifieds, or trying to get loans from finance companies, etc... and when buying items through the classified, we all try to pick faults with the items thus driving down the original asking price of the items. We all give to charities for the tax breaks, or to churches cos we believe the preacher when he says God will bless us with riches if we give to the church and curse us with poverty if we don't give to the church, though in reality the only ones getting rich from the giving are the preacher and the church committees. It matters not how "righteous", "enlightened" or "goodie-two-shoes" we would like to be, or how "religious" or "committed" we are, we ALL have stolen for that extra economic advantage, we have all done it before, and we will all do it again!! That is the nature of money, it is inherently evil, it turns saints into sinners by any standards, religious or non-religious!!

Anyway.... still on the subject of money.... Sally's child support issue. I went back to the JP today the only other day the South Perth JP is available, and it seems Wednesday is the day of choice. Last time I went on a Wednesday there was a queue of one, today there was no queue whatsoever, so was able to get the death certificate copy certified, and was back out the door in less than two minutes. Then I went home as I do on Wednesdays, being council trash pick up day in my area. We leave our bins on the verge, and the truck comes by usually in the morning. So I come at lunchtime to retrieve the bin. The reasoning being, an empty bin left on the verge all day is a dead give-away to any potential burglar that the house is empty all day. So by retrieving the bin at lunch time, it removes the give-away sign together with the blinds left open as explained previously. So any potential burglar coming by my house would more likely to conclude - uhhhh someone's at home, try the next house!! So anyway I can now send the documents back to the Texas courthouse informing them of Sally's passing away, and well they can take it from there. I just don't like doing this during The Three Weeks. American govt depts are worse than Australian, that is from experience. I waited 5 1/2 hours at American Immigration only to be told that I needed to marry Sally if I had any hope of staying in the country, while back here in Perth we waited only about two hours to be told together with a stack of forms that it will cost us an arm and a leg in fees to process Sally's residency applications!! The bureaucracy laws in America are much more convoluted. The documentations needed to obtain a marriage licence varies between counties (equivalent to local govt or councils here), in one county you needed a social security number which effectively prevented me from obtaining a licence, but in the next county you needed only a Passport, hence my 15 years of marriage to Sally! ;) So in all probability, the Texas courthouse may deem that a death certificate copy certified by an Australian JP is not sufficient, I probably needed to go to the US Consulate to have it certified there - or some other silly little thing that will make life a lot more difficult for me!!!! But they have to be informed so they stop sending the checks to Sally, I don't think she is quite in the position to cash those checks!! LOL!!

Well it did actually rain last night!!! What a surprise!! The rain didn't come until 3am, and it was all over by not long after I arrived at work, nevertheless it DID rain!! But of course, as usually the case on this side of the universe, the rains ceases quickly and there is no more rain in the forecast for another week, it will just be that much more colder due to there being rain.

Last but definitely not the least, I did hear from Julie last night. But we talked about other things as we always do so the subject of the courses didn't come up, so am still yet to find out whether she wants for us to start this Saturday during The Three Weeks or the next 2nd Saturday that places it outside The Three Weeks. But then Julie is typically Gemini just like Sally was, and organisational skills are not high on their traits. Also they tend to leave things until the last minute, Sally was forever doing that, leaving things to the last minute, which would drive a Virgo like me crazy cos I like to make sure things are organised well before time in case anything crops up. Nevertheless Sally and I remained happily together for near 15 years. And well Julie's Gemini traits endears me to her like many other things about her..... *sigh*.... but am hopeful for answers soon, it be nice to know reasonably soon when we are going to start on the groups and courses, indeed when that wonderful day comes that we will finally meet..... ooooohhhhh....... *sigh*

Anyway on the subject of money, being a Three Weeks kind of topic.... this song by ABBA is most appropriate.....

Day 8 of The Three Weeks - Now into the 2nd week.

Well I have managed to survive the 1st week of The Three Weeks!! There has been no major incidences, some relatively minor ones and a couple of scares. Of course compared to the previous two years which involved Sally's health which ultimately killed her I guess all other incidences would be relatively minor.

Now into the 2nd week which includes the New Moon and the start of the more intense "Nine Days of Av" being the nine days of the month leading to the destruction of the Temples both on 9 Av - Tisha B'Av. This Nine Days of Av begins next Sunday evening.

The car is still running fine in spite of the lack of service for the past two years! No issues there at this stage. And have managed to keep the car out of the most likely areas of harm, staying away from Mirrabooka and doing my grocery shopping at Dog Swamp.

A potential issue is the return of the hospital equipment that Sally has been using. Last week at the beginning of The Three Weeks I have sent them back the form letter indicating that I intend returning the items and would need help in getting the recliner chair back to them. I intend waiting until AFTER The Three Weeks before doing anything more about it. Only possible snag is they would get in contact with me wanting the equipment sooner. The $6000 recliner chair is slightly damaged from Sally's sores and I may be sent the bill for the damage hence my desire to wait until after The Three Weeks when such a calamity is less likely.

And then Sally's child support issue from her first "hubby". Yesterday I was to have the death certificate copy certified by the JP at South Perth only to find she was busy with a queue. I will go there again tomorrow, the only other day which she is available, and see if there is a similar queue. The first time I visited her was on a Wednesday and there was only one other person. So hopefully Wednesdays are not so busy. If and then I get the copy certified I will send it back to the Texas office, and I guess they will take it from there.

I didn't hear from Julie last night, but hopefully will hear from her soon to see whether she wants us to start attending the group this Saturday or will wait until the 3rd Saturday which places it AFTER The Three Weeks. I prefer not to start at the group during The Three Weeks this Saturday but if this is what Julie wants then I will do so. We can work together to deal with any chaotic energies since we both understand about these energies of the universe.

My health seems to show slight improvement, the cold symptoms seems to be subsiding slightly. I took some codeine last night after getting a new packet of it from the chemist, and that helped with the cold symptoms and had a better night's sleep, woke up only once and managed to sleep through most of the early morning until just before it was time for me to get up for work.

The weather is not being kind to me. There hasn't been any rain since over a week ago. Tonight there is "a shower or two" in the forecast but considering that the sky is still as clear and as blue as my eyes I don't think there will be any showers coming along tonight. There is absolutely no rain whatsoever for the rest of the week's forecast to next Monday. So looks like we will be into The Nine Days of Av without any rain to comfort me and soothe my nerves, I guess I will have to depend on the codeine for that!!

Today's song for The Three Weeks..... well this is an old song, a very old song.... The devil gets the blame for everything, well at least most things anyway. Whatever problems crops up, or calamities happening, the devil gets the blame. Indeed the curse of The Three Weeks is blamed on the devil. But in the vast majority of instances the devil is rarely involved. As I always say, There is order and chaos in the universe and "fecal matter expulsion" happens regardless of what we say, what we do or what we believe in!! Indeed the "curse" of The Three Weeks is to do with the rupture in the time/space matrix stemming from the destruction of the energy portal that was the Jewish Temple - constructed on an earth chakra that happens to be the geographical center of the world, where three continents meets. The devil has nothing to do with it. Anyway belief in the devil is an uniquely Christian phenomena, with its precursor Judaism though we usually don't hear about Jews speaking of any devil but the existence of the devil is also in Hebrew theology, and of course the offshoot of Christianity - the Islam religion. Much of Islamic theology including the Sharia law actually stems from Christian Scriptures. But the devil exists only in those three religions. No other religion believes in such an entity. Anyway, let me take out my walking stick, dust off my spectacles and place my dentures in the salt solution as I dig out this very old song..... and just to think Mick Jagger is now 70 years of age and he is STILL performing!!!!! Day 7 of The Three Weeks

Here at the end of week one of The Three Weeks and something really disturbing happened this morning.

One of my concerns during The Three Weeks is the possibility of prowlers and burglary attempts cos our only ever serious burglary attempt since we moved into this area happened during The Three Weeks back in 2004. Fortunately my current house is far more secure, there are security grilles on all of the windows as well as security doors, and the yards is pretty well clear of shrubs with only a couple of trees, not many spots for any potential burglar to hide, no shrubs against windows, etc. Furthermore I have a padlock on the side gate, and the car is securely in a locked garage. And I have my Virgo routines to make sure all doors and windows are locked and bolted for the evening. It is said that some people have OCD others are just Virgos!! LOL!! They should invent a new condition - the Virgo Syndrome!! But yes we are very obsessive at times with our routines. And I have it down to a T that well before I go to bed, all windows, doors, etc are locked and bolted.

However unfortunately it is still dark at this time of year when I leave for work. So I have yet more Virgo routines involving retrieving the car out of the garage, locking up both the garage and house, and etc, all within 10 minutes of my departure. Ensuring maximum safety, always making sure I am within sight of any of the entrances to the house lest anyone sneaks in behind my back, and etc. I have my keys and cell phone with me at all times while outside. Furthermore I always leave the blinds open in a couple of the windows out front, of course there are the sheer curtains that blocks any views inside, but leave the main blinds open to give the house the "lived in" look, cos a house with all blinds closed is a classic sign that the occupants are out for the day. So by leaving at least a couple of blinds open it gives the impression that someone is still home so the burglar doesn't bother.

Last thing is I never let anyone see when I actually leave the house. Except for neighbors of course, I know most of them on at least an acquaintance basis. But am more talking about people who may be walking up and down the street, strange cars, etc. I can see the street at least 100m both ways from my door, so if I see anyone walking I wait until he passes by before I go out, in case he gets ideas that "aha!!! he is going out for the day, will scope out the house later!!!"

So this morning after I did my usual checks I proceeded to lock the door behind me. Then suddenly I saw a dark figure walking along, and he was at the front of the house next door. It was too dark to see any features, it was simply a dark figure of a person! So I promptly went back inside without switching any lights on, and when I looked out again from the door there was no trace of him!!! I would have not spent more than 10 seconds unlocking the door and going back inside!! And I could still see 100m up and down the street!! There was just no way he would have walked 100m in 10 seconds, he would have to be a world champion sprinter, they may do a 100m dash in over 9 seconds!! So no way he would have made it all the way up the street without me seeing him!!

Well perhaps he may have going into the house next door. However the house has a sensor security light so that would have been triggered if he went into the yard. Indeed most of my neighbors around me has sensor security lights, only my house doesn't but then it doesn't need it, there is a street light right out the front so my yard is pretty well lit up. But all of the houses next door and across the road all have security lights with sensors, so if he had gone into any of the properties the lights would have been triggered. No light was triggered!!!

So I can only conclude paranormal activity!!! It was not the first time I encountered black featureless human-like entities during my outings outside at night. But it did freak me!! So just to make sure, I waited a bit more, then I locked up and went to work, I first went around the block and passed my house again but didn't see anything sus. So I went on to work, and decided I would come home during my lunch break which I occasionally do to check up on the house, I live only 10 minutes from work when there is no traffic gridlock.

But first I was already planning on another visit to the JP to get another certified copy of the death certificate. Sally was still getting child support payments from Texas, and I had gotten mail from them asking for certain information assuming that Sally was still alive. So I need to inform them that Sally has passed away. I am not sure if this will release her ex-hubby from child support obligations or what Texas law says about anything, but either way they need to know. So I figure the best way to go is to post them a certified copy of the death certificate then I guess they will take it from there.

So I would go to the South Perth JP as I had done so previously. However this time I saw there was a queue, at least six people sitting on the bench outside. Even if they were in couples that still made it three plus the people already in the office, making it four spots in front of me. There are usually more complex cases than just signing certified copies of something, and the last time I went there, there was just one group in front of me and I had to wait about 10 minutes. So given a minimum of four groups or up to seven individuals, the wait time would likely to be between 40 minutes and an hour, quite clearly unsustainable for my lunch hour especially since I was planning to go back home.

So I headed back on home and am happy to report that there was nothing amiss at the house, all seemed hunkey doree, nothing sus whatsoever. But I am rather disturbed about this dark figure given that paranormal activity usually increases during The Three Weeks. The energies are chaotic so it often manifests as paranormal activity. So will be rather more nervy than usual tonight and especially in the morning when I leave for work, I will be keeping much more thorough eye on the street when I go out tomorrow morning.

Now given such "creatures of the dark" apparently bugging me, I think this song from my fav band is appropriate....
