A Date With The Weevils

So the Maggies have won a date with the Weevils, with the Maggies finishing in 3rd spot while the Weevils managed to worm themselves into 2nd spot thus winning a home final. Amazing how far you get when paying the umpires. Hence the Maggies will have to travel all the way to the isolated western outpost to play the Weevils. All I can say is they had better beat the Weevils otherwise I will disown them!! Though unfortunately beating the Weevils will not knock them out of the Finals, they will get the 2nd chance the following week. Nevertheless the Weevils are due for a reality check. How they ever managed to make it to 2nd spot is beyond me, but as they say, the Finals are an entirely different deal, and well the opportunity lies to cut those Weevils down to size. Magpies would probably eat Weevils, being an insect, and birds likes insects.... right..... Yes some massive Weevil dinner is what the Maggies just needed. Let's hope they will grab that opportunity!!!!!

Meanwhile back at the ranch...... well nothing much else has been happening this past week. Yesterday I went to another of our seasonal water falls, the Lesmurdie Falls. Water falls are very energetic, even seasonal ones. So I basically scoped out the energetics of the location while going for my walks on the sometimes very steep trails around the vicinity of the falls.

I bought myself some new walking shoes since I had worn out my old pair with all of my walking. But in a rare moment of self nurture I bought myself a more expensive pair of shoes rather than the cheap and nasty ones that often gives me blisters. Hopefully the more expensive pair will fit my feet better and I won't get any blisters. In addition, I bought some new casual shoes for wearing around the place, and even a new pair of flip flops - thongs. I was seriously running out of shoes, with my current footwear starting to wear out. I usually hate spending money on myself, especially on clothes or shoes. But these days I am leaning more towards self nurture despite the Chiron Effect in my 2nd House. With my karmic clearance, I haven't experienced any more catastrophes despite the Chiron Saturn square.

My savings plan remain on track, and next month I will start making steps towards planning my trip to the USA, planned for January. I received notice that my Long Service Leave is coming up due, this be my 3rd lot of Long Service Leave, we get it every seven years. Nowadays the rule is we need to use our Long Service Leave within two years. Well can I sustain a total of three months of travel in two years? It depends if I can sustain my savings plan to pay for three months of travel. Things does seem to be improving to the point nowadays where I actually have funds remaining after  my travels. At first, my trips would exhaust my funds and max out my credit cards. However after my most recent trip, to Mexico, I actually had funds remaining both in my savings and with no maxed out credit cards, using my cards only on the air tickets and lodgings, while I used cash for everything else. I long learnt that cash is king in Mexico, so better to use cash rather than the cards. Of course it helps that everything else is very cheap compared to Perth, so for example, $20 in Mexico gives me as much food and groceries for the week as $200 does in Perth!!!!

My only concern this time is the air tickets in January during school holidays is likely to be more expensive than during the other times of the year when I usually went on my travels. However with my job changing and extra duties added, my options for taking vacation are now more limited. My intended travel is intended for middle of January, not during the Xmas break when air tickets are very expensive. But it is still school holidays so is likely to remain more expensive. However back in America, January is just part of their normal working and school period, they don't have vacation time during January, and it will be winter there, so lodgings are likely to be even cheaper than they usually are. Lodgings in the USA are already cheap compared to Perth, but should be cheaper during their winter. And I am going to the part of the USA where the winters are relatively mild, more like Melbourne winter, still very cold, but usually not much snow if at all. I am not going to the northern regions where they get blizzards.... and delayed flights!!! Down in South Carolina, they never get blizzards, indeed some years they don't get snow at all..... let's hope 2019 is one of those years, but even if they do get snow, it is only a little bit, maybe an inch or so.....

And so another week in the life of a Virgo....... now in the time of the Virgo!!!

Beware! The Time Of The Virgo Is At Hand!!

Beware!! This week the Sun moves into Virgo. This momentous event takes place this Thursday. The time for Virgos to shine. Totally legendary for being so fussy and hard to please, our obsession for details and keeping to set routines, our insistence for being prepared for all possible scenarios and making contingency plans to deal with them, our obsession with being organised and arriving at events and appointments early without being too early, our self sacrifice and tendency to want to help people often at our own expense, being people pleasers. We shun conflicts where possible, even to the point of self sacrifice and taking the fall just to avoid arguing and standing up for our rights. We may love justice but we often willing to bear injustice on ourselves in order to avoid conflict. True enough we are judgemental creatures, being very analytical creatures and taking scientific approaches to issues, however, we are our own worst critics, we judge ourselves more harshly than we judge others. This often means our self esteem is through the floor, with any ideas of self love being total anathema to many Virgos, especially those of us with no aspects in Leo. We are the best financial managers, our budgeting skills second to none, seemingly able to create miracles almost out of nothing as we work to save literally every last penny that comes our way. We are fiercely independent creatures, often shunning any help offered to us, preferring to perform tasks on our own, for no one can match the extreme heights of perfection that a Virgo expects. We rarely ask for handouts but we do secretly appreciate it when on the rare occasion we do receive handouts. The saying, "Ask and you shall receive", was NOT invented by a Virgo, we utterly despise asking for any assistance, financial or otherwise. And of course what we are most famous for, our insistence of cleanliness. The saying, Cleanliness is next to Godliness, I am certain was invented by a Virgo. Our abodes and work spaces are often spotless, with every blemish mercilessly dealt with and removed, often categorising our belongings, keeping them neatly organised. Our obsession with analytics and the scientific approach often means we are utterly hopeless at relationships, being very hard to live with, even with other Virgos. Oh the perils of being married to a Virgo, a peril that many spend their lives to avoid at all costs. Indeed the four words that can ruin a date is "My Sun Sign Virgo".

Oh the foibles of Virgos are indeed many. We shun the spotlight, preferring to be working in the background with little or no recognition. Nevertheless, a part of us do relish the time each year, when on August 23 the Sun enters our sign, shining the light on us for those four weeks each year, until just after the Equinox in September. Though we often shun the public celebration of our Solar Return, when the Sun reaches the degree of Virgo where it was located when we came to this planet, we do enjoy in secret the recognition of such a day by those dearest to us. For me such a day was when the Sun reached 26 degrees of Virgo, the day prior to the Spring Equinox, the Pagan Ostara celebration, when coming in from 8D Taygeta over five decades ago, the cry I uttered when I came out of my Mother's womb would be interpreted as "What in Hell's name was I thinking when I volunteered for mission on planet Earth!!!!????"

This past week has been relatively quiet with no events happening, coming out of the flurry events over the past few weeks. I relish such quiet times on my own, especially being an introverted little soul. I do enjoy my times with like minded spiritual souls, especially those as weird as I am at DNA Activation events where together we undertake shamanic journeys and meet up with our ET kins, and afterwards swapping stories of our encounters with ETs and other entities, and comparing our stellar origins, whether it be Sirius, or Arcturus, Vega, Lyra, Zeta Reticuli, Andromeda..... or Taygeta. However I do look forward to my down time and my times alone to recharge my introverted batteries prior to the next event. In this instance, it seems the next event, what I have booked for, is on Sunday September 9, the Chakra Dance Spring day session up in the hills, the venue yet to be revealed. That is about three weeks away.

Yesterday I did go up into the hills as part of my walking regime, visiting our seasonal water falls. August being the best time to see those water falls as the last of the winter rains falls. Those same falls becomes as dry as a bone once summer takes hold. And this past winter has been wetter than usual, therefore the water falls were expected to be more spectacular. And visiting two of them yesterday, I was not disappointed. Of course my visits to the water falls were more than just aesthetics. Water falls are very energetic, even seasonal falls, and I was there to track more of the "dragon lines" otherwise known as "serpent lines" or "leys", the energy lines that criss crosses over the surface of planet Earth and often in the vicinity of water falls. Working with these dragon lines is part of my calling for energy works on this planet.

OK.... maybe it's not quite THAT cold.... but the important thing is.... to me it FEELS that cold!!! Me who utterly despises winter. I am so bloody over it!!! I cannot take any more of these freezing conditions.. It's been colder in August than July, not a very good sign for September which suppose to be Spring but I fear it will still be more like winter. It was like this last year. Our winters are getting longer, and it is a most depressing thought. Winter is a totally horrid time of year, it is indeed a curse straight from Dante's 9th Level. If I ever lose my job for some reason I am packing up and moving to Queensland, anywhere but this frozen Antarctic hell hole!!!!

Despite the freezing cold, I did manage to venture out of my igloo a couple of times for a couple of events......

Last Wednesday, being the 8th day of the 8th month, August, was known as the 8:8 Lion's Gate. The concept of a Lion's Gate dates back to ancient Egyptian times with the famous Sphinx. This begins with the rise of Sirius in July which marks the flooding of the Nile, very beneficial for the agricultural cycle. Without the flooding of the Nile, there be no crops, so no food for the Egyptians. Sirius is the brightest star in the sky, and since Sirius is associated with the flooding of the Nile, the star was given the status of a deity, one who provides for the Egyptian food supplies. Sirius is visible as a single star but it really contains three stars. You need powerful telescopes to discern the three stars, yet the Egyptians who did not have telescopes knew about the three stars of Sirius. So we have a diety, God, visible as one yet there are three of them - hence the origin of the Pagan triple Goddesses, and the Christian Trinity doctrine. It turned out the Egyptians were visited by ET's from Sirius, the Cat People, who revealed details of the three stars. The domestic cat is a Siriun hybrid dating back to the times of the Siriuns, hence why Egyptians worshipped the cat. To kill a cat was punishable by death.

Back in July, we have the Sirius and Sun conjunction, which means Sirius was not visible due to being in the glare of the Sun. This marked the start of the Siriun cycle. A few days later, the Sun moves far enough from Sirius for the star to be visible just before dawn. This is the rising of Sirius, and happens near the time when the Nile is flooded, so the Egyptians believed the Sirius God brought the flooding of the Nile, so was honoured and celebrated. Soon after that the Sun enters the sign of Leo the Lion, so anciently this was the Lion's Gate. Nowadays with the advent of the Roman calendar, and August being the 8th month of the year, we more specifically celebrate the 8:8 Lion's Gate on the 8th day of August. 8 is the number of Divinity or the Higher Dimensions, hence the significance of the day.

Last Wednesday night, being August 8th, I braved the cold, venturing out of my igloo, and went to the Lion's Gate meditation event. When we are talking "meditation" with this particular group, we are talking visitations by ETs, shamanic journeys, and DNA Activations - referring to our lost strands of DNA, which scientists regards as "junk DNA" due to no apparent purpose of them, but it turns out it relates to our ET origins and just needs to be "activated" for us to connect to ETs and HD realms. It was a most profound experience.

Then I was back in hibernation until last night when I was at another meditation event, this time for the Solar Eclipse, the 3rd of the eclipse trinity, a highly unusual phenomenon. Eclipses usually happens in pairs, a Solar and Lunar eclipse happening two weeks apart. Solar Eclipses happens on New Moon with the Moon passing in front of the Sun. Lunar Eclipses happens on Full Moon, when the Moon passes into the Earth's shadow, giving the Moon its "blood red" appearance. This time however we experienced a trinity of Eclipses, firstly a Solar Eclipse last month, followed by a Lunar Eclipse two weeks later, about two weeks ago, then yesterday another Solar Eclipse. I was at the meditation event with ETs and shamanic journey for all three of the eclipses, the last of it last night, another most profound experience.

Now to go back into hibernation in my igloo for another month...... until September, and the Chakra Dance Spring day session...... whether the weather will match Spring expectations remains to be seen......

Greetings From Winterfel aka Perth

Winterfel, the city of the endless winter in Games of Thrones, one of my favourite shows. And here in frigid Perth it seems more like Winterfel. This horrid freezing cold weather. July is normally our coldest month, but so far August has been colder, reaching only 13 degrees on Saturday and 14 degrees today.

These frigid conditions playing havoc with my health and my schedules, especially with my ruling planet Mercury currently in retrograde in my 6th House - Health. My schedules after work involves a 5km walk back home, which I try to take in all weather. Sometimes it would rain but usually not very much. But on Wednesday two weeks ago, just as soon as I knocked off from work and commenced my walk, down came the rains, and it poured down with rain for the whole hour of my walk. I was soaked to the skin. I normally do enjoy walking in the rain, I enjoy the feel of the rain on my skin. Problem was, it was also abnormally cold, and this would impact on my health.

The next day I woke up with a bad sinus infection, my first cold/flu-like symptom in several years. With my nose running like a tap this could not come at a worst time, with my weekend plans just two days hence - the Eclipse Activation event on Saturday night, the night of the Lunar Eclipse, followed by the Chakra Dance day session on Sunday, ironically to celebrate winter!!! This infection seriously threatens the viability of me being able to attend these events, when I had already booked and paid for them, with no refund policy. Also I was fearful that the infection could spread to my throat and down to my chest. I am very susceptible to chest infections. My regime of fresh garlic and fruit juice, which had served me well for the past several years, quite clearly failed me on this occasion.

OK I have powers, I should be able to deal with this. I have successfully self healed myself on several occasions, including a couple of days ago when I pulled  muscle in my leg during my walk reducing me to a limp, only for the injury to vanish by the next day!! But quite clearly this sinus infection had taken a hold on me.

So the next day off to the Chemist for some nasal spray. I don't like to use pharma products, preferring to just let the symptoms take its course, using only natural herbs. But on this occasion I was less than two days away from my Eclipse event, and already using all my powers to prevent this infection from spreading any further. Someone suggested I get some Vitamin C pills, which are very expensive hence I hadn't used them before, fruit juice seemed to do the job.... up until now. So I bought some nasal spray and a large bottle of Vitamin C pills which happened to be on special for half price - a fortunate turn in an otherwise potentially catastrophic episode.

The Vitamin C pills are good only as a preventative measure. Once the symptoms appears, it is a matter of letting them run their course. However to start taking those pills would be a lot better than not taking them.

By Friday night the symptoms grew worse though at least it hadn't spread any further than my nasals. However not very encouraging less than 24 hours from the Eclipse event.

However, as soon as I had gotten up on Saturday morning, as if by a miracle, the symptoms had so dramatically improved, my nose was all but totally cleared. I had not used the nasal spray at this time. This is a very good outcome!!! It meant I could attend those events without worrying about my nasals.

The Eclipse Activation event was awesome and potentially life changing. We went on a shamanic journey, where I met up with my Goddesses, who forbids me from sharing the details of the journey on social media. Usually I share about these journeys, but this time my Goddesses forbade me from sharing. I can only say that we had our karma cleared, meaning, I would no longer experience the karmic consequences from my past lifetimes as expressed in my chart - especially the Chiron Effect.

Then on Sunday the Chakra Dance day session, where once again I danced among the goddesses, well the goddesses in human form anyway. Me again being the only masculine soul at the session. The ladies, whom I call goddesses in human forms, are very nice to me, giving me warm tight hugs and one even give me a kiss..... sheeze I didn't know I still have it in me!! LOL!!

Now this past week..... back to work..... and those freezing cold nights. Last weekend I was busy at those events so I didn't get to write my blog. I was going to do it the following week, however, the weather has been so dreadfully cold that I just go into hibernation. My bed being my warmest spot. Heaters are ineffective, and too expensive, in such extreme cold. Back at work the warehouse is very cold with no heating, only my little heater in my office, which despite leaving it on all day, it is barely effective. At least at work the Department pays for the electricity. Back in my abode where I would have to pay for my own electricity, I don't bother with my little heater as it would be not very effective. So I just crawl into my bed, my body goes into hibernation mode, and I fall asleep. So it is literally coming home from work, having my dinner, then crawl into bed straight after dinner...... hence no blog writing nor anything else!!!!

This weekend was a lot more quiet with no events happening. Saturday however was our coldest day yet this winter. August is turning out to be colder than July. I hadn't been for a walk for the past three days due to the weather being too cold and wet, not wanting to risk occurrence of sinus infection or other cold/flu symptoms. But since the Sun came out on Saturday afternoon I decided to go for a walk despite the extreme cold. At least the Sun will make it a bit warmer. And for a while my walk went well, until a massive cloud came, and I was drenched again!!!!! Oh no!!!! I was worried I be in for another round of cold/flu symptoms. But most fortunately this did not occur this time around. I still remain free of such symptoms. Perhaps my Vitamin C pills are starting to work.

This Wednesday I am attending another event, the 8:8 Lion's Gate event, basically another meditation event with shamanic journey. The 8:8 refers to Wednesday being the 8th day of the 8th month, the number 8 being the number of Divinity or of the HD realms. The Lion refers to the Sun now being in Leo. This event dates back to the times of the ancient Egyptians over 5000 years ago. The whole series of events begins with the Sun conjunct with the star Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, happening during July which is summer in Egypt. Sirius is known as the Dog Star, being a part of the "Canis Major" constellation, "Canis" means "dog", hence we get the term "The Dog Days of Summer". It is usually the hottest time of the year in Egypt. This marks the Egyptian New Year, and is when the Nile begins to flood, starting the agricultural cycle in ancient Egypt. A few days later, Sirius becomes visible again as the Sun moves away from the star, and so we start seeing the star in the pre-dawn sky. This happens just before the Sun moves into Leo the Lion, the final event in these energetic period that heralds the start of the growing season, hence the food supplies for those ancient Egyptians. Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, was seen as the great provider for the Egyptians, indeed as a god who kept the Egyptians alive..... the star is really a 3-star system which the Egyptians knew about despite the fact that you need powerful telescopes to pick out the three stars. To the naked eye and smaller telescopes, we see only a single star. So three stars in one..... the origin of the Pagan trinity symbols, the Triple Goddess, and eventually to the Christian Trinity doctrine, three Gods being as one God.

Then next Saturday I will be at the 3rd Eclipse Activation event, to mark the Solar Eclipse happening on Saturday, the 3rd of this Eclipse trinity. Three weeks ago we had a Solar Eclipse, then last weekend a Lunar Eclipse, then next Saturday another Solar Eclipse. Normally the Eclipses comes in pairs, it is highly unusual for there to be a "trinity" of eclipses, hence the high significance of this event for us alternative spiritual types - we celebrate such events and tap into the energies of these events for our benefit.

Now to crawl into my warm bed as another freezing night descends on Winterfel aka Perth.......
